Shipping and returns
Once placed, your orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and government holidays). You will be sent a confirmation email once your order is received.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification. This email will contain your shipping tracking number (if the shipping method you chose at checkout includes one).
We stand behind all of our products, and your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We do not accept returns based on flavor, but if there is another issue, please email our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will evaluate the situation with you. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate the return process.
Limited to one return per customer. We typically process approved return/refund requests within 1-2 business days.
If the product was purchased through a Proper Canna distributor or retail partner, you will need to go back to the original purchase location for all returns.
Producing and providing excellent quality products is our highest priority, and customer satisfaction is our main concern. If there is an issue when you receive your product, please contact us right away and we will get the issue resolved.
